We want your visit, party or special event to be memorable. Therefore, we have a few rules we ask all visitors to follow.

Hand Washing

Our animals are regularly checked by a Veterinarian for their benefit, as well as yours. It is our goal to prevent illness before it starts therefore, HAND WASHING is strictly enforced.

Dangers

Listen to your guide at all times. Animals are unpredictable and should be respected. There are inherent dangers and consideration for safety should be taken by visitors at all times. Visitors are responsible for their own safety and should take the necessary precautions. By purchasing our services your party is entering into a contract and therefore holds Exotics Unlimited, LLC harmless for any injuries or damages.

Absolutely Not Allowed around animals:

1. Smoking
2. Baby Items (blankets, bottles, pacifiers, toys, teething rings etc,.)
3. Drinks, Food, Candy , Gum etc..
4. Weapons of any kind (includes pocket knives)
5. Pets
6. Someone displaying any signs of illness

Damage Policies

Any damages done to any Exotics Unlimited LLC property by visitors will be the responsibility of the person who made the reservation, and by your confirmation of payment, you agree to make restitution for such damages.

Refusal of Service

Exotics Unlimited, LLC reserves the right to refuse service without explanation.
